French New-Wave Short
Un Pièce is a short film about a brother and sister who discover an old French film and decide to recreate it in their living room for their single mother despite their lack of knowledge about the French language or anything film related. This film will be a nostalgic look on old film genres while also focusing on the relationship between an intelligent, dinosaur loving ten-year-old and his bossy yet charming younger sister.
Writer, Director Kennedy Salloum chose me as her producer and we immediately had a strong relationship. The film was shot on 16mm film and was processed and digitized in Montreal. The production process brought a lot of excitement to me leading a team over thirty, acting as locations manager, production manager, and new specialty post-production.
